Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Surat. The Telesales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs, present suitable product or service options, and close sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, accurately documenting customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to team success through collaboration. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in telesales techniques and customer relationship management Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Competency in record management and data entry for tracking customer interactions Familiarity with the jewellery or luxury retail industry is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
