Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include lead generation, making sales calls, providing customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They will be expected to meet sales targets and report on their progress regularly.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales
- Customer Support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is an advantage
- Any prior experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
