Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Telesales Executive based in Noida, Sector 16 . The Telesales Executive will be responsible for: Reaching out to potential UAE customers. Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Promoting telecom services, including Postpaid, E-Life, and Home Wireless. Making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Meeting and exceeding sales targets. Recording accurate sales information in the CRM system and updating customer databases. This role offers the opportunity to gain? international exposure , earn? performance-based incentives , and advance within a supportive and professional work environment. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (Hindi is a plus). Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (freshers are also welcome). Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools . Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet sales targets. Minimum qualification: High school or A Bachelor?s degree. Experience in the telecom or marketing industry is beneficial..
