Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling to potential customers and generate qualified leads. Engage prospects effectively and explain product/service offerings. Maintain and update lead/customer databases accurately. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Follow up on leads and ensure proper nurturing until closure. Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales. Strong communication and convincing skills. Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (mandatory). Ability to work independently and handle targets in a remote setup. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.
