Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Noida, Sec 63. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring excellent service through inbound and outbound calls. Other day-to-day activities include promoting services, managing follow-ups, addressing client needs, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
  • Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking and organizational skills
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Minimum education qualification: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in using dialer tool
