RPJ Jewellers Private Limited is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who enjoys interacting with customers, believes in building trust, and is looking for a stable, long-term career.
What You'll Do✔ Connect with potential customers through outbound calls.
✔ Introduce our jewellery collections and invite customers to visit our showroom.
✔ Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
✔ Build long-term customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
✔ Update customer interactions in our CRM software.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
This is NOT a pressure-based sales job.
We focus on quality conversations, customer relationships, and consistent follow-ups rather than aggressive sales targets.
Who Can Apply?✅ 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, CRM, Customer Support, Sales Calling, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply (Experienced candidates will be preferred.)✅ Candidates looking for a long-term career with one organization.✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred.Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Email and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, gold jewellery, hallmarking, or the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
