Role Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecommunication Consultant to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and maintain follow-ups with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills, a convincing attitude, and basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Generate and maintain lead data
• Follow up with interested clients
• Coordinate with the sales/team department
• Maintain daily call reports and records

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
