Telecalling Executive

Location: Noida (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience & performance)

About the Role

StuTem Labs is looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to connect with students and parents, generate interest in our robotics and STEM programs, and schedule qualified counselling sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to prospective students and parents.
• Explain our courses clearly and handle basic objections.
• Qualify leads and book counselling/demo sessions.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education counselling.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and good follow-up skills.
