We are hiring Telecalling Executives to join our BPO/Customer Care team. As a Telecalling Executive, your role will involve making outbound calls to customers, providing information about products or services, and handling customer inquiries. This position requires good communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available, and you will be required to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
• Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits to customers.
