This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Saroornagar. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing product and service information, and addressing customer queries. Ensuring prompt follow-up on leads and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions will also be part of the role.

• Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and customer engagement abilities
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and maintain accurate data records
• Proficiency in customer service principles and relationship management
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client queries effectively
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred
• Fluency in multiple local languages is advantageous
