Job Title: Telecaller – Service / After Sales

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls for service

and after-sales support, ensuring quick resolution of dealer and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls from dealers and customers.
  • Record complaints and service requests accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within defined TAT.
  • Follow up to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved cases when required.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in telecalling/customer support.
  • Good communication in Hindi & English.
  • Good in MS Office/CRM knowledge.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
