and after-sales support, ensuring quick resolution of dealer and customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from dealers and customers.
- Record complaints and service requests accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within defined TAT.
- Follow up to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved cases when required.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling/customer support.
- Good communication in Hindi & English.
- Good in MS Office/CRM knowledge.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
