Position: Telecaller / Sales Executive

Salary: ₹6,000 + Incentive (5% of profit per booking)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Mode: Work From Home

Qualification:

12th Pass + IELTS / PTE OR Graduation

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of travel packages preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Calling on given contact numbers and leads

Daily follow-ups with new and old clients

If a client gives a specific time for follow-up, call must be made at the exact scheduled time

Sharing travel quotations with clients

Handling inquiries and converting leads into bookings

Booking hotels, cabs, and services after confirmation

Providing assistance before booking and during the trip if required

Maintaining good customer relationships

Requesting and collecting reviews from satisfied clients

Work Ethics:

Do not ignore calls or messages from clients or team members

If any client wants to finalize booking late at night, assistance may be required till 11 PM – 12 AM in such cases

Personal use of company leads or client data is strictly prohibited

Sharing company client details outside the organization is not allowed

Professional behavior with clients and team members is mandatory

Employee must follow company policies and maintain service quality
