Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Kozhikode. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, assisting with inquiries about Nulo's products, and maintaining positive client relationships. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, providing information on products and pricing, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of communications and working closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and experience in making outbound calls
• Ability to maintain records and follow up on prospective leads
• Proficiency in local languages (Malayalam) is preferred, along with English or Hindi communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Prior experience in telecalling or a customer-facing role would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of bathroom ware industry or willingness to learn will be beneficial
