Telecaller (Night Shift)

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Reyu Jewels is seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller to manage communication with international clients across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to effectively present and promote our jewellery products to global customers.

• Make outbound calls to international clients for business development and sales purposes
• Handle both B2B and B2C client interactions professionally
• Introduce and explain company jewellery products and services clearly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
• Follow up with potential clients to close leads and generate business
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and convincing abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in telecalling, international sales, or customer support is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
