Company Description LoanDidi™ is a digital lending platform built by 36 Forts Capital Private Limited, focused on providing small-ticket, short-term credit to underserved individuals across India. The company addresses a critical gap in the lending ecosystem by enabling emergency loans from ₹5,000 to ₹2,00,000, especially for first-time borrowers and individuals with limited credit history. Operating as a Digital Lending Agent (DLA), LoanDidi partners with NBFCs and uses a fully digital, data-driven infrastructure to originate and service loans. Its AI-led underwriting, risk ringfencing, and digital-first collections help deliver faster credit decisions, lower NPAs, and fair pricing for borrowers. LoanDidi aims to build a high-quality loan book and contribute to the next layer of India’s credit infrastructure, with a vision of reaching a ₹5,000 Crore book size by 2030.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Raipur. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application processes to prospective borrowers. The role involves verifying customer details, collecting required information, and guiding applicants through digital onboarding steps. The Telecaller will follow scripts and compliance guidelines, update call records in the CRM system, and coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing. The position also includes handling basic customer queries, providing clear and respectful communication, and meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi and the ability to explain financial products simply.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and digital literacy skills, including experience with CRM tools, mobile apps, and online data entry.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on patience, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess sales and persuasion skills, including the ability to handle objections and convert leads ethically and responsibly.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and documentation skills to accurately capture customer information and follow process and compliance guidelines.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or lending/fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, follow structured schedules, and meet performance targets consistently.
