Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Chennai. The Telecaller will engage with clients and prospects to promote services, address inquiries, and support project requirements. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to customer queries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and fostering relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Additional tasks may involve assisting with client onboarding and providing support for workforce-related requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for Contractors and Labour interaction
• Proficiency in telecalling, customer service, and maintaining detailed records
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic MS Office skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus)
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or workforce recruitment is advantageous
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in management or a related field is considered a plus
