Role Description We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive (1?2 years) to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in client handling, and a passion for marketing. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services. Generate leads, maintain client databases, and follow up effectively. Schedule meetings/appointments for the business development team. Understand client requirements and provide basic service details. Maintain a positive relationship with prospective and existing clients. Qualifications & Skills 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Field) preferred. 1?2 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. Strong convincing power and ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
