Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with customers, resolving basic queries, and providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Follow up with customer regarding inquiries, services, and updates
  • Explain company services and provide required information to customers
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Respond to customer queries through Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp messages
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare daily reports and update customer databases

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
  • Gujarati language knowledge is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role
  • Prior experience in handling customer communication will be preferred

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per Month
