This full-time on-site role in Chandigarh is for a Telecaller Counselor. The Telecaller Counselor will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients through phone calls, answering inquiries, providing detailed information about products or services, and addressing skincare concerns. The role also involves maintaining customer records, following up with clients, and offering tailored solutions based on individual needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone
• Problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and propose appropriate solutions
• Customer service orientation with a client-first approach
• Basic knowledge of skincare, wellness, or a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM or client management software
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment; organization and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with proficiency in other regional languages considered an advantage
