Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Telecaller / Business Development Executive. The role involves generating and managing leads, connecting with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and explaining the features and benefits of our real estate properties. The individual will also coordinate with teams to ensure client needs are met, maintain follow-ups, and achieve sales targets while representing the company's mission and values in every customer interaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Telecalling and customer relationship management experience
  • Proficiency in lead generation and managing sales funnels
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and English (verbal and written)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • High levels of motivation and a results-driven mindset
