Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, presentations, demos, and follow-ups
- Work on B2B IT sales (corporates, startups, enterprises, and partners)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and data using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
