- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and local languages
- Customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing outgoing calls, maintaining call details, and engaging potential clients
- Organizational abilities to handle multiple calls and maintain accurate records simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with communication tools and office software
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven professionalism
- Background in telecalling, customer support, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
