Position: Tele-caller / Tele-sales Executive

Location: Nagpur

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Tele-caller / Tele-sales Executive to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and sales skills.

• Make outbound calls and generate business leads.
• Understand client requirements and explain services effectively.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain call records and update CRM data.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Minimum 1.5+ years experience in Tele-calling, Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
