Job Opening: Lead Generation Executive
Process: HDFC Process
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational weekly off)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM β 6:30 PM
Salary:
Up to βΉ15,000 -βΉ18,000 in-hand + Incentives

π― Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
