Tele sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele Sales Officer with excellent communication skills to promote our services, engage with potential clients, and support overall sales growth.

Location : Santosh Nagar Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion targets.
• Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer details and follow-up notes.
• Coordinate with the sales team for appointment setting and lead handovers.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in tele-sales
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
