Tele Marketing Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Marketing Executive based in Delhi, NY. The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the offerings of the company, identifying customer needs, and generating leads. The role also includes following up with leads, scheduling appointments for sales teams, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle call volumes, build rapport with customers, and identify their needs effectively
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate call records and managing leads
• Proficiency with telecommunication tools and CRM software
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles is preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and achieve targets within deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing requirements
