Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote various loan products (personal, home, business loans, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options
- Assist customers through the loan application and documentation process
- Handle inbound queries related to loans, eligibility, and status updates
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until closure
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
