Easy Services is hiring enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our BPO/Customer Care team in Asangaon, Thane. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in our database to ensure effective follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, resolving their issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales (if applicable).
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Promote our services and products to potential clients, aiming to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Report any recurring issues or customer feedback to the management for process improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred for the Telecalling Executive position at Easy Services.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions effectively.
