This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Caller, based in Noida. The Tele-Caller will engage with potential and existing donors via telecommunication to raise funds for non-profit organizations supported by IFR Solutions. Responsibilities include initiating outbound calls, ensuring effective communication, answering queries, maintaining positive donor relationships, keeping accurate records of calls, and meeting or exceeding fundraising targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills, with fluency in Hindi and English
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with donors and prospective supporters
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet fundraising targets efficiently
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office and record-keeping software is a plus
• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Experience in customer service, telecommunication, or fundraising is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
