We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Caller to drive sales for our CRM and Software solutions (including Insurance CRM and Business CRM). The role involves connecting with business owners, understanding their needs, and converting leads into paying customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to business owners, insurance brokers, SMEs, and startups
  • Present and explain CRM solutions like iNSURE CRM & Mirai CRM
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to clients
  • Coordinate with the sales/demo team for closures


Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong sales pitch and convincing abilities
  • Understanding of B2B sales process
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/software products (preferred)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Comfortable working with targets


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT/Software/CRM sales or telecalling
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS products or services
  • Knowledge of insurance or business operations (bonus)
