Experience: 2+ Year Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate must have previously worked in an IT company, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be capable of handling multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver IT/software projects on time and within scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to ensure project success. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-project analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role. Strong technical understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), databases, APIs, and web/mobile applications. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
