For Bay6_Tech Lead:- Job Description:- Must have Skills: ? NodeJS, Jenkins Technologies, Excellent knowledge of AWS Cloud Services. (EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, Bedrock, databases, etc) ? Cloudflare ? Documentation ? Effective collaboration and code review ? Version Control (Gitlab, GitHub, Code Build etc.,) Nice to have Skills: ? Serverless Computing Architecture. ? Project experience in development and maintenance support for AWS web service and Cloud- based implementations. Job Responsibilities: ? Job reports directly to Director, AI Strategy and Solution ? Perform the role of Technical Lead DevOps and services, on assigned projects to drive solution design and API services development. ? Be the thought leader and champion for above mentioned technologies, having passion for R&D and product development. ? Drive technical analysis for new projects including driving prototypes, proof-of-concepts, when needed. ? Develop sound estimates for back-end as input for developing plans and pricing proposals. ? Drive tasks by providing architectural and technical leadership to the team, with clear documentation and meaningful guidance. ? Conduct reviews as the lead into Git to confirm that developed code meets acceptable standards and guidelines. ? Work closely with the rest of the leads like Product Managers, GenAI Lead, ML Lead, Business Analysts, QA Lead, etc. to ensure end-to-end integrity of the solution being developed. Bay6 AI Technologies Private Limited ? Collaborate with their team to identify and fix technical problems related to back-end. ? Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges. ? Prepare Technical design documents which would help the team to understand the technical flow. ? Active participation in customer calls especially discussions related to Technical/ Architectural and provide inputs. ? Ability to manage a team of 4-6 backend developers, and own production of deliverables as per the committed project plan.
