This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards achieving high service quality while maintaining cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation to support business growth and ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables through strategic leadership and coordination across various teams.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuously monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
