Job Title: Techno Functional Business Analyst Location: Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune Experience: 5+ years Role Summary We are seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst with a strong technical foundation, telecom domain expertise, and experience in transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in BA role, bringing deep knowledge of process mapping, reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, and end-to-end delivery. This role focuses on IT-side transformation and techno-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Own and refine backlog (epics/features/user stories), define acceptance criteria, and run sprint ceremonies. Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS) and align priorities across business and technical teams. Collaborate with developers and architects to design scalable solutions leveraging programming knowledge. Lead ERP/Order Management projects involving Oracle EBS/Fusion integrations and migrations. Lead transformation programs including process mapping, reengineering, and end-to-end delivery. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and reduce inefficiencies. Coordinate UAT, manage defect triage, and provide hypercare/post-go-live support. Perform SQL/MySQL data checks and API testing via Postman; support integration and middleware configurations. Collaborate on wireframes and process flows using Figma, Visio, and Draw.io. Must-have Skills 5+ years overall experience with at least 4+ years in BA roles. Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence. Telecom domain expertise preferred. Experience in transformation projects, end-to-end delivery, and process mapping. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Practical SQL/MySQL and API testing using Postman is preferred. Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS). Nice-to-have Skills Platform modernization (legacy to cloud; PERN stack exposure). Power BI/KPI dashboards; Git/Jenkins familiarity. Certifications: Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, Oracle ERP.
