Responsible for maintenance, fitting, assembly, and smooth operation of machinery used in CRGO lamination manufacturing and transformer core processing. The role includes preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, machine alignment, and ensuring production continuity with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fitting, assembly, and maintenance of CRGO lamination machines and equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule.
- Handle machine alignment, bearing replacement, coupling fitting, and shaft adjustment.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Inspect and repair cutting, slitting, shearing, and stacking machines.
- Ensure smooth operation of transformer core manufacturing equipment
