About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP & Technical roles across the US market, including coordination with external agencies and managing hiring workflows through Personio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing SAP consultants while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP & Technical positions in the US market
  • Work closely with hiring managers / profile reviewers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor agencies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screenings and culture fitment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panellists and candidates across time zones
  • Manage candidate pipeline and hiring workflows using Personio (ATS)
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and closures
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submissions, and closures

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong focus on SAP hiring
  • Exposure to SAP & Technical hiring
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies/vendors
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (preferably Personio)
  • Familiarity with US tax terms and work authorizations is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with direct hiring managers / implementation partners
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
