Technical Writer Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2?6 years Reports To: Creative Head About The Role We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that makes complex concepts easy to understand. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality content that supports our users and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, product guides, FAQs, API documentation, and knowledge base articles Translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure accuracy Standardize content across platforms to maintain consistency in tone and style Edit, proofread, and review technical documents to ensure clarity and quality Stay updated with product changes, industry standards, and documentation best practices Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field 2?6 years of proven experience as a technical writer or similar role Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, MS Office, or Google Docs Familiarity with developer documentation and APIs (Markdown, GitHub, Swagger, etc.) is a plus Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Desired Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts Detail-oriented with a passion for clarity and simplicity Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
