You will work closely with senior writers, product managers, engineers, and UX designers to produce clear, concise, and helpful documentation that enables customers and internal teams to use our software effectively. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in technical communication and is looking to deepen their expertise by working on complex SaaS products across industries such as fitness, beauty, and healthcare. What you?ll do at Zenoti? Create clear, accurate, and concise technical content by leveraging knowledge of technical writing principles, resources, and tools for SaaS products. Assess core personas and their motivations and develop the appropriate content to support them. Determine the clearest and most logical way to present product information for user comprehension. Create clear UI content and understand the Voice & Tone product concept. Collaborate with subject-matter experts, including product managers, software developers, customer success, and partners to gain an understanding of topics and user and content needs, create content for documentation and user interfaces, and help define product language and terminology. Maintain and update content as the product evolves. Implement content feedback channels to identify and solve problems via documentation. Contribute to defining language styles, including the look, feel, mood, and voice for all content types. What are we looking for? Bachelor?s degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism related field. 2?3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a product or SaaS environment. Strong command of written English, grammar, and technical writing. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, clear language. Experience working with product and engineering teams in an Agile setup. Familiarity with documentation tools like MS Word, or Help Authoring Tools. Comfortable working with ticketing and tracking systems like Jira. Nice to Have Awareness of voice and tone guidelines or user experience writing. Experience working with localization workflows.
