This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer, based in Gurugram. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to learners. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing participants' progress, and collaborating with other teams to create effective learning strategies. The candidate will also ensure training aligns with industry standards and contributes to the overall goals of the organization.

• Expertise in Technical Trainers, Technical Training, and Training & Development
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Proven ability to design, coordinate, and implement training programs
• Proficiency in using modern training tools and technologies
• Capability to assess training needs and measure outcomes
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners
• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
