About the Role We're looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer – DSA to design and deliver structured training programs on Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving techniques. You'll play a key role in shaping how students think, code, and crack technical interviews.

What You'll Do

• Design course materials, lesson plans, and assessments for DSA and core programming concepts
• Conduct engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on lab exercises
• Break down complex technical topics into simple, digestible learning experiences
• Track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support exam/certification prep
• Coach students on interview readiness — coding rounds, problem-solving, and technical Q&A
• Collaborate with academic teams to align content with curriculum and industry expectations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Hands-on experience as a Technical Trainer delivering DSA and programming content
• Active competitive programming profiles on LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, or similar platforms
• Prior experience in academic or corporate training environments preferred
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, learning material development, and assessment creation
• Solid command over Data Structures, Algorithms, and languages like C++ and Java
• Strong grasp of training methodologies with the ability to adapt to different learner needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of learners
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for content delivery and evaluation
