We're looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on knowledge of full-stack web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions in programming and web technologies

• Teach Data Structures & Algorithms with a problem-solving approach

• Provide hands-on coding practice, project guidance, and mentoring

• Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews

• Support learners in placement readiness and career development

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: C, C++, Java, Python

• Concepts: Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving

• Web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js

• Frameworks: Node.js, Express.js

• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering graduates preferred (BE/BTech/MCA or related field)

• 1.5+ years of experience in training/mentoring/software development

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passion for teaching and guiding learners
