Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including engaging with candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires for technical positions. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Qualifications Experience in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring Skills in conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidate potential Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to work independently and build effective candidate pipelines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field What We Offer : Opportunity to work on Impact projects where used by 50+ top MNC companies and a 10 million+ customer base.
