Experience Required

• 2024 / 2025 Pass-outs
• Candidates from reputed universities preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Hybrid Cloud Services.
• Handle customer queries and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Understand business processes and support operational requirements.
• Work collaboratively in a 24x7 support environment.

Shift Requirements
