About the Role

GMD India is looking for dynamic and motivated Technical Support Staff for multiple locations across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer interaction, product demonstrations, onboarding support, and basic technical assistance for healthcare and medical device clients.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and are interested in working in the healthcare technology and medical equipment industry.

Job Responsibilities

·      Selected candidate will be deputed at assigned hospitals, institutes, or healthcare centers

·      Working hours will generally be from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM as per institute requirements

·      Conduct BCA (Body Composition Analysis) tests for subjects/patients referred by concerned authorities

·      Maintain proper records and documentation of all subjects tested

·      Coordinate with institute authorities and healthcare professionals for smooth workflow

Additional Job Responsibilities

·      Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features clearly to users

·      Provide basic technical support and resolve user/client issues

·      Assist customers with onboarding and product setup

·      Maintain communication records and update CRM regularly

·      Coordinate and work closely with internal teams

·      Ensure timely response to customer queries and service requests


Preferred Candidate Profile

·      Graduate or final-year student (any stream can apply)

·      Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

·      Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messages

·      Basic understanding of computers and software tools

·      Good problem-solving and analytical thinking ability

·      Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow

·      Prior experience in sales/support or CRM tools is an added advantage (not mandatory)
