Job Description

As a Water Resources Technical Assistant in Land and Water you will have a varied role supporting Environment Officers, Senior Environment Officers and Team Leaders. You will join a team delivering regulatory activities to ensure achievement of environmental outcomes. The role is office based and will cover a range of activities including:

  • Management of a shared team mailbox
  • Coordinating record management and assurance activities
  • Collecting and managing data
  • Arranging team meetings and events
  • Coordinate debt recovery work
  • Supporting and planning water resources activities
  • Support in admin of incident management and training records
  • General support for team and team leaders

The team

You will join one of the Land & Water Teams covering the Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire area. You will be based in our Warrington Office but a wide range of options for working from home or other office locations are available. The Land & Water teams have a varied workstream making a real difference on issues such as water resources, pollution, agriculture, water quality, water company regulation and incident management
