This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support L1 (Fresher) professional. The role is based in Bengaluru South with provisions for partial work from home. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily, you will resolve technical problems, respond to support tickets, and offer excellent customer service while adhering to company protocols.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting various technical issues
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve problems effectively
• Experience or ability in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and resolve their concerns
• A team player with adaptability and a customer-first attitude
• Relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related technical fields is preferred
