Technical support - French

Our partner is a globally recognized company with an international background, playing a leading role in the development and manufacturing of commercial refrigeration solutions. The company has a worldwide presence, serving customers across the globe with modern, innovative refrigeration equipment.

We are seeking a new team member for the Export Technical Support role at their Budapest office, responsible for the following tasks:

• Configuration of export refrigeration cabinets in Store Wizard system according to customer needs;
• Development of technical solutions, conducting customer communication in French and English;
• Drawing of CCR cabinets on shop layout plans with basic AutoCAD support;
• Daily cooperation with export colleagues (technical, sales, and logistics departments).

Requirements:

• Basic general technical knowledge and openness to learning technical skills;
• 2-3 years of working experience in any field;
• Daily use of French and English (reading, writing, speaking) with business-level comprehension;
• Precise administration, reliable performance, good team player (small team 6 people);
• Ability to solve complex tasks and handle unexpected obstacles;
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners.
