Technical Support Executive (Patna Bihar)

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Technical Support Executive to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be the frontline hero for our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of web hosting, virtualized environments, and server management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support via tickets, live chat, and phone.
• Assist clients with the setup, migration, and troubleshooting of Shared Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to DNS, SSL certificates, email configuration, and web server performance (Apache/Nginx/IIS).
• Perform basic server administration tasks and monitor server health.
• Manage virtual machines within a Hyper-V environment.
• Document technical issues and solutions to contribute to our internal knowledge base.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical users.
• Computer Literacy: Hands-on experience with computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
• Server Administration: A solid grasp of basic server tasks, such as user management, file permissions, command-line interface (CLI) usage, and service restarts.
• Virtualization: Familiarity with Hyper-V virtualization (creating VMs, managing checkpoints, and understanding virtual switches).
• Hosting Control Panels: Experience with cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin is a major plus.
• Problem Solving: A methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
