We are looking for a Remote Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, VPN, Office 365 and network-related issues through remote tools. The candidate will troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets, support Active Directory user administration, and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA standards.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.

Key Skills

  • Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Support.
  • Active Directory and VPN Troubleshooting.
  • Remote Support Tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, SCCM, Intune).
  • Basic Networking Knowledge.
  • ITSM/Ticketing Tools.
