Job Description
We are looking for a Remote Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, VPN, Office 365 and network-related issues through remote tools. The candidate will troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets, support Active Directory user administration, and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA standards.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.
- Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Support.
- Active Directory and VPN Troubleshooting.
- Remote Support Tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, SCCM, Intune).
- Basic Networking Knowledge.
- ITSM/Ticketing Tools.
