Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales & Marketing Manager based in Navi Mumbai with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining client accounts, providing technical sales support, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires close interaction with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction with Brio Energy's products and services. Qualifications Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales with proven ability to meet or exceed targets Proficiency in Account Management and Technical Support for fostering strong client relationships Strong skills in Customer Service, with a client-centric approach to problem-solving Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the energy or power generation sector is a plus
